Business Finance & Solutions Apps in Brazil: Android Trends in Q1 2021

Q1 of 2021 has shown interesting trends for Business Finance & Solutions apps on Android in Brazil. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, offers insights into the performance of the top applications in this category.

SumUp, a mobile payment service, saw its downloads vary, starting at around 25K in the last week of December 2020 and peaking at nearly 22K by the end of March 2021. The app's weekly active users experienced some fluctuations, initially at 374K and slightly decreasing to 352K towards the end of the quarter.

Meanwhile, PayPal Business downloads ranged from approximately 15K to 20K, with a noticeable spike to over 20K in the second week of February. The weekly active users count started at 65K and showed a growth trend, reaching close to 79K by the end of March.

For SumUp Bank, downloads saw a dip from around 9K at the beginning of the period to under 7K in the final week. The app's active users showed a more positive trajectory, growing from 40K to 47K throughout the quarter.

ADP Mobile Solutions had a relatively lower download count, with numbers ranging from around 2K to 2.7K. The active users hovered around 12K at the start and end of the quarter, with minor fluctuations in between.

Lastly, Shopify - Your Ecommerce Store downloads stayed within the 2K range for most of the quarter, with weekly active users starting at 18K and closing the quarter at a similar level.
